Just been trouble shooting with Hostgator and they inform me they have checked their end and ftp connection is still good, they can see it can connect to ftp client and checked that my IP address is not being blocked by their system. But I believe the issue must have started earlier as I'm experiencing problems for last 3 weeks as one particular email is not being sent from Woocommerce when a customer purchases my product (woocommerce said it seems its unable to send emails using the web server - but thats all checked and ok by Hostgator).
#Filezilla could not connect to server hostgator upgrade
I did upgrad to new version today before signing in, so not sure if its the upgrade causing the issue. Last time I signed into Filezilla was Sept and was working fine.
